When my order will be shipped?



All orders are shipped via ground carriers. In stock items usually ship within 3-5 days, unless otherwise noted on the product detail page. Deliveries can take an additional 2-3 weeks after the shipping date, depending on location. Our carriers will contact you a day or two prior to arrival to set up a delivery time frame with you. We offer free shipping in the continental United States on almost all of our products. Alaska & Hawaii excluded.

Please allow the lead-time for delivery depending on the product type, color, model, manufacturer, and other factors.

Please Note: THE SHIPPING TIMES WE QUOTE ARE ONLY ESTIMATES, NOT GUARANTEES. When it comes to order times we are depending on the factory, and freight carriers to provide us with the estimated ship date. Some specialty furniture carriers use third party carriers for some delivery locations, and are unable to provide up to the minute tracking information that is common for small packages. Please understand we are doing our best to ensure best deliveries suited for your product.

Delivery in NYC and part of NJ Area



We offer a Free White Glove Delivery Service and Free Installation in the NYC and NJ Area with a $2500 minimum purchase. Sales Tax applies only in the state of NY at  8.875%.

 

Delivery acceptance instructions



Delivery must be signed for by the customer or an individual at least eighteen years old that the customer designates to have the authority to sign for the delivery. Before signing for the delivery, please inspect thoroughly for any damage, shortages, etc.

 

In the unlikely event that damage or a shortage has occurred in transit, make a notation on the waybill, retain applicable packaging materials, and notify us immediately at 855-815-6395?.

 

In the event that damage is not noted on the waybill when signing for the delivery or the applicable packaging materials are not retained, any claim for damage must be filed by you directly with the delivery company.

Before signing for delivery, you must thoroughly inspect the packaging/carton/crate and note any visible carton damage on the freight bill.


Only if damage exists on the packaging/carton/crate, quickly inspect the actual item for any damage. If there is damage to the item, note it on the freight bill, reject only the damaged piece, and keep the rest.?

 

 

Shipping information

Always Free Shipping!


Smaller products will be shipped with regular ground shipping (generally USPS, FedEx, UPS or DHL). The average transit time is between 3-10 business days (not including pre-ship time) for any destination in the contiguous United States. Delivery times will depend on the local delivery schedule of the carrier, and it may not be possible to make an appointment. Generally, ground delivery is available Monday to Saturday 9am to 8pm. A signature is not typically required: if the customer is not at home to accept delivery, the product will be left if it is safe to do so. If a signature is required the product will not be left at the address. Please note that deliveries cannot be made to a PO Box.  

If the shipping address is a business address, delivery will be attempted only during normal business hours Monday to Friday. The item will not be left without a signature on file. 

Truck Freight

 

If the product that you are purchasing is a larger item, it will be shipped via truck freight, sometimes called 'back of truck'. Truck freight shipments usually take between 2-10 business days in transit to arrive (excluding pre-ship time). 

The shipping company will call you in advance to schedule a delivery appointment window. In general, you must be at home to receive the order. Please note that if you are not available for a delivery appointment or the carrier cannot contact you, the order will be held for you for several days. There may be a charge for this service. After this time, the order will be returned to the manufacturer for credit under our Return Policy.

After the product is delivered to the shipping address, it is the customer's responsibility to unload it from the back of the truck. If the item is very heavy please ensure that you have assistance to remove it from the delivery truck. For an additional fee, the carrier can use a liftgate to remove the items from the truck for you. Inside delivery across the threshold of your home may also be available at an extra charge. Some truck freight companies can provide assembly of the items for an additional fee. Please contact us before placing your order for more information on this service. 

Please note that if you are not available for a delivery appointment or the carrier cannot contact you, the order will be held for you for several days, and there may be a charge for this service. After this time, the order will be returned to the manufacturer for credit under our Return Policy. 
Damage Claims

Customers in the Contiguous United States should do the following in the event the merchandise has been damaged during shipping:

 

  1. Inspect the merchandise for damage right away.
  2. In the event your merchandise has been damaged during shipping notify us immediately. NO DAMAGE CLAIMS WILL BE ALLOWED LATER THAN 48 HOURS OF DELIVERY. Take a few pictures of the damage as well as the packing (box) and include them in your e-mail.
  3. Call us at: 855-815_-6395 to obtain the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and instructions prior to shipping the merchandise back. NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT THE RMA NUMBER.
  4. Carefully repack the merchandise in its ORIGINAL packaging including the entire manufacturer accessories as well as the manufacturer warranty cards and paperwork. Enclose the original receipt with your return. NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT THE RECEIPT.
  5. All returns must be double boxed (manufacturer’s box inside the shipping box). Clearly mark the RMA number on the SHIPPING BOX. NEVER WRITE ANYTHING ON THE MANUFACTURER’S BOX.
