Its fourteen webbed wood slats included eliminating need for a box-spring. Full beds have center leg support. Rails are connected to posts by heat treated bolts and half moon nuts. Slat supports are well glued and nailed with no staples. Bed also has the under-bed storage - two drawers for clothing, extra linens, toys, and miscellaneous items that will meet your storage needs.
